幸福结局

The movie exactly depicts what life is: happiness always waltz sadness.

You never know what is going to happen in the next minute, always, life is more dramatic than the movie itself.

When soaked up in the melody "I just love the way you are" at the end of the movie, I could not help but wonder: yes, I just love the way that life presents.

No matter what life is like, a box of chocolate or a box of shit, just flow with the current and enjoy what life brings to you.

        Maggie Gyllenhaal，是冲着她来看这部片子的，第一次看到她独特的笑容，是在《蒙娜丽莎的微笑》里，那个敢爱、敢承认的女孩，觉得她的气质有些像莫文蔚，她的笑容最为特别，让人过目不忘。

       三段故事里的人物相互串联，理不出清晰的头绪，但却不会成为困扰，最后的Happy ending，让人觉得很舒服。

       其实生活本身也是这样的吧，生活在一个不大不小的城市，我们总是会和周围的人产生这样那样的链接，某一天，你总会发现，之前出现在你生命离扮演过或轻或重角色的人，又会以另一个身份重新站在你面前，可笑的就是像是一出戏。
       
       经常会有人把生活本身和戏做比较，孰真孰假，并不重要，觉得要以看戏的态度生活才最重要吧，开心就好，不用去衡量，判断，定义，用真实的感情体会真实的生活，悲伤也是一种珍贵的体验，总会有一个Happy ending……

想進afi不容易啊...相比現在國内上映的電影...還是推薦它好一點吧
再一點，裏面的配樂很喜歡...

This film to me is about redeeming qualities of however flawed personalities. There is no evil here, and in this sense it is not very American, in a more puritan, Manichean sense. We are led to believe that the wrongfulness of people's behavior has more to do with unthoughtfulness or carelessness, than plain wicked nature or ingrained vice. Very refreshing.
　　
Yet, precisely for this reason, the film would have been stronger if the plot strains credibility a bit less. It is a comedy about the reality of human conditions, if you will, therefore it must present a illusion of some sort of reality. The writer/director, hoever, indulges in too many caricatures and cartoonish turns of events to stay close to that illusionof reality. Too bad.

The film could have been enlightening; now it is only entertaining.

Honesty is such a lonely word

"Happy Endings weaves multiple stories to create a witty look at love, family and the sheer unpredictablity of life itself."

It's a comedy, sort of. For the sake of Lisa Kudrow I picked this movie, then I realized it was far more than a simple comedy, instead it's a great lifestory. I spent 2 hours of my "Bachelor's night". And it's worth the time.

Happy Endings begins with an unhappy ending, it then goes on with three stories of 10 major roles.

Some mid-age woman gave up abortion, gave birth to her son and then gave up the baby to adoption. Twenty years later a stranger came to her and said..."well I know about your son.", although he was trying to blackmailing her. He was dishonest, only telling part of the truth.
Some Mexican immigrant, a masseur and also a sex-worker who provided special services with fingers only. He was also dishonest. He married a woman to get the green card.
Some lesbian couple raising a kid, while their gay friend wondering whether they used his sperm but lied about it...
Some lonely father and gay son...happy ending that the father finally took his son as "just the way he is".
Some young talented girl who intoxicated me with her beautiful songs, she'd been through romantic relationship, which she thought would lead her to marriage, but gave up the fetus in her and left with grief.

...and these people are all connected, in one way or another. you see the stories moving on, sometimes depressingly. The narrative method is unique but familiar: using text captions for 'forecasting".

我觉得这里的“happy endings”是一个相对的说法。

我现在越来越觉得，如果你在生活，那么经验主义也会带你进入歧途。简单的比喻-快乐和痛苦对每一个活人轮番攻击，每一次鲜同，所以每一次都要全新地去认识，我想我们才能获取更多。也许大家把它归结在“生活的规律”里面，而规律我觉得，在生活中，不能把它当作数学公式。

Happy endings,never endings ,unless you're already a dead.
Happy endings-越过了当前的痛苦，下意识或者说不可抗拒的等待着未来的更高一级的痛苦。

希望每个人许许多多的“happy ending”.
